After I returned from Vietnam, I stayed a few days in Colombo, the de facto capital of Sri Lanka. Colombo, of course, is a piece of cake compared to HCMC, which is about a dozen times bigger. But that’s exactly what makes Colombo so appealing. The city is in a phase of growth. Every time we are there, there is something new to discover. Here is a house façade opposite our BnB, where we usually stay.
