Sav’s Sri Lankan Breakfast : MasterChef Australia

Savindri Perera, hailing from Sri Lanka, showcased the traditional Sri Lankan dish ‘Kiribath’ on the global platform of ‘MasterChef Australia’. Her rendition of the beloved Sri Lankan breakfast received acclaim from the judges, with one likening it to a work of art. Affectionately referred to as ‘Sav’, she presented Kiribath (milk rice) accompanied by blackened coconut snapper drizzled with Sri Lankan treacle. The judges commended her for capturing the essence of a celebration through her cuisine and lauded her for delivering authentic Sri Lankan flavors.
