Ingredients:
Potato 250 g
Sprats 150 g
Green Chilli 3 nos
Red Chilli 1 nos
Curry leaves/Rampe
Fenugreek ½ tsp
Cinnamon ½ inch
Turmeric ½ tsp
Garlic 3 nos
Big Onion 1 medium
Kochchi 2 nos
Salt 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes ½ tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Thin Coconut Milk 1 cup
Thick Coconut Milk 1 cup
Method:
To a pot, add your chopped potatoes, sprats, green chilli, sliced red chilli, curry leaves/rampe, fenugreek, cinnamon, turmeric, garlic, chopped big onion and kochchi.
Next add salt, chilli flakes and chilli powder to taste.
Follow it by adding the thin coconut milk and thick coconut milk and give it a good stir.
When the curry starts to simmer, give it another stir and seal with a lid to bring it to a boil.
Give it one last stir before removing it from the heat and serve while it’s hot!
