Spicy Paraw Curry | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients:

Oil 1 tbsp

Cinnamon 1 inch

Cardamom 2 nos

Clove 2 nos

Curry Leaves + Rampe

Big Onion 1 medium

Ginger + Garlic 1 tbsp

Green Chilli 1 nos

Chilli Powder 3 tsp

Pepper 1 tsp

Salt 1 1/2 tsp

Water 2 cups

Tamarind Juice 1/4 cup

Paraw Fish 6 nos

 

Method:

Begin by pouring some oil to a pot before adding cinnamon, cardamom and cloves, along with curry leaves and rampe.

Add some sliced Big Onion and mix the contents until it begins to cook.

Pour in some ginger + garlic paste, chopped green chilli, chilli powder, pepper and salt .

Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

Next, pour in some water and tamarind juice before giving it a small mix.

Proceed to add paraw fish into the pot and let it cook until the curry begins to boil.

Finally, remove it from the stove and serve while hot!
