Soya Meat Curry | Cooking with Aunty D



Soy – 1 Packet

Oil – 1 1/2 Tbsp

Fenugreek 1/4 Tsp

Bombay Onion – 1 Medium

Tomato – 2 Medium

Cinnamon – 1 Inch

Turmeric – 1/2 Tsp

Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp

Curry – 1 Tsp

Pepper – 1/2 Tsp

Salt 1 1/2 Tsp

Green Chilli – 2 Nos

Maggi Thick Coconut Milk 1 1/2 Cups

Curry Leaves and Rampe

Ginger and Garlic – 1 Tbsp

  1. Add soy to the boiling water and keep for 3 minutes.
  2. Heat oil and add fenugreek, Bombay onion, curry leaves and Rampe, ginger and garlic, cinnamon, turmeric and tomato. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add Chilli powder, pepper, green chilli, salt and curry powder.
  4. Add drained soy and mix well. Finally add Maggi thick coconut milk and cook for 10 minutes on a low flame.
