Será Mix Vegetable Curry | Cooking with Aunty D

Here’s a quick, healthy fix that will leave you craving more.

This mixed vegetable curry made with Será is packed with nutrients and is a perfect side dish to good old white, red rice or if you’re feeling fancy, some grilled chicken!

Ingredients:

Oil 1 tsp 

Paneer 250 g 

Red Onion 6 nos 

Garlic 4 cloves

Curry Leaves 

Rampe 

Fenugreek 1/4 tsp 

Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp 

Carrots 1 medium 

Green Beans 10 nos 

Cauliflower 1 small 

Cabbage 100 g 

Será Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp 

Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp 

Curry Powder 1 tsp 

Salt 3/4 tsp 

Será Coconut Milk 1 cup 

Water 1/2 cup

 

Method:

First, heat up oil in a saucepan, add the paneer and stir to coat all sides with oil.

Next, add the curry leaves and rampe and stir.

Add fenugreek, mustard seeds, carrot, green beans, cauliflower and cabbage, and mix well.

Add Será Chilli Powder, turmeric powder, curry powder, salt and Será Coconut Milk, and mix everything until well combined.

Lastly, add water, stir and close the lid to let the veggies boil. All done, enjoy!
