Serà Kottu

Kottu anyone!? Get ready to chop, sizzle and savour the flavours of this iconic street food made with Será.

Ingredients:

Serà Kottu-Kottu 1 packet

Oil 1 tbsp

Ginger 1 tbsp

Garlic 6 cloves

Curry leaves + rampe

Onion 1 large

Pan-fried chicken (optional)

 

Method:

Add the Será Kottu-Kottu to boiling water and boil until the kottu is soft.

Once the kottu is cooked, remove from heat and drain any remaining water.

Heat up another saucepan with oil, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, rampe and sauté.

Mix the Serà Kottu-Kottu curry mix in to the saucepan and finally, the cooked kottu.

Give it a final mix.

Optionally, add in some chicken or a protein of your choice. Enjoy!
