Lip-smackingly delicious, you can’t go wrong with this Seer Fish White Curry that brings an extra oomph to your lunch spread!
Here’s how you make it!
Ingredients:
Seer Fish 250 g
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Curry Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Cardamom 3 nos.
Cinnamon 1/2 inch
Tomato 1 large
Big Onion 1 medium
Red Onion 6 nos
Rampe
Curry Leaves
Fenugreek 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli 2 nos
Red Chilli 4 nos
Thin Coconut Milk 1 cup
Thick Coconut Milk 1 cup
Ginger + Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Lime
Method:
First, rub the seer fish with salt, pepper, turmeric, chilli powder and curry powder, and leave it aside.
Add oil to a pot and add cardamom, cinnamon, sliced big onion, red onion, rampe, curry leaves, fenugreek and fry.
Next add tomato,green chilli and red chilli to the same.
Add turmeric and mix again.
Then add the marinated seer fish to the pot and stir well.
Next, add thin coconut milk and thick coconut milk and stir again.
Once it starts to simmer, add the ginger and garlic paste and close the pot with a lid.
Turn off the flame and finish off the dish with a squeeze of lime juice. Enjoy!
