Ingredients:
Kiri Kos (Jackfruit) 400g
Green Chilli 2 nos
Curry Leaves/Rampe `
Bombay Onion 1
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Curry Powder 1 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Coconut Milk 1 ½ cup
Thick Coconut Milk 1 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Red Chilli 5 nos
Mustard Seeds ½ tsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Bombay Onion 1 small
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Fenugreek 1/4 tsp
Method:
- Place Kiri Kos (Jackfruit) in a pot and add jackfruit seeds.
- Then add green chilli, curry leaves, bombay onion, turmeric, salt, chilli powder, curry powder and coconut milk. Cook on a low flame.
- Add thick coconut milk.
- Add the tempered chilli mixture.

- Heat oil and add chilli, mustard seeds, garlic, bombay onion, curry leaves and chilli flakes and fry.
