Ingredients:
Banana 4 nos
Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Fresh Milk 1 cup
Whole Wheat Flour 3/4 cup
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
Dried Plums 1/4 cup
Butter 1 tsp
Method:
First, slice your bananas before adding them to a bowl, and slightly mash them.
To the same bowl, add grated coconut, brown sugar and cardamom, and mix.
Next, add fresh milk and mix again.
Add whole wheat flour, baking powder and vanilla essence to the mixture. Fold the mixture until well combined.
Add the dried plums and continue stirring.
Grease a heated pan with butter to prevent the batter from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Add a few scoops of the batter to the pan and spread it out across the pan.
Carefully flip and cook both sides until golden brown.
Serve the banana dosai with a sweet syrup of your choice and enjoy!
