HNB FINANCE continues to successfully host ‘Ape Gedara Avurudu’ 2023

Leading Sri Lankan integrated financial services provider HNB FINANCE brought back its most anticipated ‘Ape Gedara Avurudu’ celebrations for the 4th consecutive year in 2023, and hosted a range of fun-filled activities and games online to mark this year’s Sinhala and Tamil New Year. Participants who took part and won the digital competitions were also eligible to collect valuable and attractive gifts from HNB Finance, bringing about great joy that fit the festive season.

Through this innovative digital celebration, customers were able to join the festivities and participate in multiple traditional and exciting games from the comfort of their homes. Some of the games that were digitally played were ‘the Avurudu Marathon’, ‘Kotta Pora’, ‘TukTuk Run’, ‘Kavili catch’, ‘Lissana Gasa Nagima’, as well as an Avurudu Rasa Pena Trivia. Participants were also able to access a downloadable list of significant dates and times marked for seasonal rituals this Avurudu, in addition to opportunities for the participants to sign up for a raffle draw.
