The opening ceremony on the inaugural day of 37th Asia Pacific Regional Conference began with a live and colourful display of ethnic Sri Lankan song and dance, depicting youth, women and men working together in the fields. The smiling actresses pretended to harvest a field presenting their yields before the delegations.
