RAW is a brand of 100% organic juices that are cold-pressed, locally sourced and Ayurvedic approved. Located at the renowned High Octane Fitness gym in Kohuwela, Eat Right is a great spot to get your healthy food fix on, especially after a workout. They’ve got a pretty good range of drinks, salads, sandwiches, and main courses like grilled meats and greens, teriyaki kebabs with garlic rice, tomato and basil pasta, and topsy turvy kottu, name a few. They may be on the pricier side of the spectrum, but their food is worth it.
They have introduced an Online Lifestyle Store in May 2020 where you can get pretty much all things healthy (vegetables!) and organic products from different brands.
Milk & Honey Cafe

One thing that many seem to love about Milk & Honey Café is their cute ambience. The cool little café makes vegetarian cuisine quite delicious, and offers some meat options as well. They’ve also got some refreshing drinks, and great all day breakfast options, wholemeal wraps, salads bowls, interesting mains like miso vegetables with tofu and sticky rice, and aubergine, tomato and basil penne. You can also end your meal with some delicious homemade ice cream, apple crumble and homemade custard, or their pineapple, mint and nut crumble.
Superfood Cafe

Superfood Café took Sri Lanka by storm with their amazing lunch bowls and great décor. The café is located inside Villa Raha, a boutique hotel down Macleod Road in Bambalapitiya, and serves up all day breakfasts, sandwiches, and some really nice drinks. So if you’re looking for an Instagram worthy place to get your healthy food fix, Superfood Café is the place to be. I would also definitely recommend their Strawberry Chia Lemonade on a hot day; it will legit cool you down!
