Tempered Sprats | Cooking with Aunty D


Oil 2 tbsp

Sprats 300g

Green chilli 6 nos

Garlic 4 nos

Curry Leaves


Bombay Onion 2 large

Chilli flakes 1 tbsp

Turmeric 1/4 tsp

Salt 1 tsp


Add oil into a pan followed by sprats, green chilli, garlic and stir well.

Next, add curry leaves, rampe, onions, chilli flakes, turmeric, salt and stir well.

Cover the pan, let the sprats cook well and serve when done.
