Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Cardamom 2 pods
Cinnamon 1/2 inch
Curry Leaves
Rampe
Maldive Fish 1 tbsp
Big Onion 2 medium
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 1/4 tsp
Green and Red Chilli 3 each
Boiled Potatoes 300g
Method:
First, add oil into a pan followed by cardamoms, cinnamon, curry leaves, rampe, maldive fish, big onions and mix well.
Next, add salt, turmeric, chilli flakes and mix well once more.
Finally, add green and red chillis, boiled potatoes and mix with the other ingredients.
