Tempered Long Beans | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients: 

Oil 1 tbsp

Bombay Onion 1 medium

Curry leaves

Rampe

Garlic 3 cloves

Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Maldives Fish 1 tbsp

Chilli Flakes 1 1/2 tsp

Salt 3/4 tsp

Green Chillis 2 nos

Long Beans 500g

Eggs 2 nos

Method:

Add oil into a pan, followed by bombay onion, curry leaves, rampe, garlic, turmeric, maldives fish, chilli flakes, salt, green chillis, long beans and mix well.

Cover the pan with a lid and let the long beans cook well.

Add 2 eggs once the long beans are cooked and mix well.
