Ingredients:
Water (to boil)
Oil 1 tbsp
Chicken (boneless 500g)
Garlic Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Big Onion 1 medium
Carrot 100g
Leeks 500g
Sera Festive Noodles
Sera Salt
Method:
Add the Sera noodles vegetable sachet and sera festive noodles into a pot of boiling water and let the noodles boil well.
Next, add oil into a pan followed by chicken, garlic powder, pepper, chilli flakes, salt and mix well.
Next, add ginger, garlic, big onion, carrot, leeks and mix well.
Add the boiled sera festive noodles into the pan and mix with the other ingredients.
Finally, add Sera salt and pepper to taste and serve.
