Salmon Salad | Cooking with Aunty D

Whip up this easy, colourful and tasty Salmon salad for a light lunch or a hassle-free dinner!

Ingredients:

Big Onion 2 medium

Green Chilli 3 nos

Pepper ½ tsp

Salt ¾ tsp

Lime Juice

Tomato 2 medium

Canned Fish 1 can

Method:

To a bowl, add your chopped onions, green chillies, pepper and salt.

Next, squeeze half a lime into the bowl and mix.

Finally, throw in your sliced tomatoes and a can of salmon fish and lightly mix it all together. And voilà!
