Pumpkin Soup | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients: 

Margarine 50g

Garlic 5 cloves

Big Onion 1 large

Celery 2 inches

Mixed Herbs 1 tsp

Pumpkin 500g

Chicken Stock 2 cups

Salt 1 tsp

Maggi Organic Coconut Milk 1 pkt

Method: 

Add margarine to a pot over heat and let it melt.

Next, add garlic, big onions, celery, mixed herbs, pumpkin, chicken stock, salt, mix well and cover the pot with a lid.

Remove the chunks of the remaining pumpkin after they are cooked well.

Next, add Maggi organic coconut milk into the pumpkin soup and let it rest over the heat for a while and serve.
