Mixed Seafood Curry | Cooking with Aunty D

 

Ingredients:

Oil (1 Tbsp)

Cumin (¼ Tsp)

Fenugreek (¼ Tsp)

Mase (¼ Tsp)

Cinnamon (1 Inch)

Curry Leaves + Rampe

Ginger + Garlic (1 Tbsp)

Bombay Onion (1 Large)

Mustard Seeds (¼ Tsp)

Turmeric Powder (¼ Tsp)

Chilli Powder (2 Tsp)

Salt ( 1 ½ Tsp)

Tomato (2 Large)

Cuttlefish (150g)

Crab (1 large)

Prawn (150g)

Fish (250g)

Green Chilli ( 4 Nos)

Nai Miris (2 Nos)

Maggi thick Coconut Milk (2 Cups)

Lime Juice

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add cumin, fenugreek, made, cinnamon, curry leaves, rampe, ginger + garlic, Bombay Onion, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and tomato. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Then add cuttlefish, crab, prawn, fish, green chilli, nai miris and mix well. Add Maggi thick coconut milk and cook over a high flame for 10 minutes.
  3. Reduce the flame and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes over the low flame.
