Milo Ice Cream | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients: 

Fresh Cream 500 ml

Fresh Milk 500 ml

Nestle Milo Powder 150 g

Egg Yold 10 nos

Sugar 250 g

Method: 

In a pot, pour fresh cream and fresh milk, before lightly whisking it together.

Proceed to add Nestle Milo Powder and whisk it once more.

In a bowl, mix egg yolks together and once it’s well blended, add sugar into the mixture.

Next pour in the Nestle Milo chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and give it a good mix.

Proceed to freeze the ice cream mixture and churn in high speed, and churn soon after as well.
