Milk Rice | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients: 

White Raw Rice 1 cup

Water 1 cup

Thick Coconut Milk 1 cup

Salt 1/2 tsp

Method: 

Boil white raw rice with 1 cup of water to cook the rice.

Once the rice is cooked, add salt in thick coconut milk and proceed to pour it in the cooked rice.

Let the rice cook for a few more minutes.

Once the rice and milk is well combined, flatten the rice on a plate or a tray and cut into smaller pieces and enjoy!
