Ingredients
Mango 500g
Oil 1 tbsp
Fenugreek ¼ tsp
Cinnamon ½ inch
Sweet Cumin ¼ tsp
Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp
Green Chilli 4 nos
Bombay Onion 1
Curry Leaves/rampe
Unroasted Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Roasted Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 ½ tbsp
Method:
- Cut mango and remove the seeds.
- Add water and soak for 15 minutes
- Heat oil and add fenugreek, cinnamon, sweet cumin, cumin seeds, green chilli, bombay onion, curry leaves/rampe, unroasted chilli powder, roasted chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add soaked mango and sugar. Pour water to cover the mango and cook under low flame.
