Ingredients:
Kohila 1 bunch
Sprats 50g
Big Onion 1 medium
Goraka 3 cloves
Green Chilli 1
Red Chilli 1
Garlic 3 cloves
Curry leaves
Rampe
Salt 3/4 tsp
Tumeric 1/4 tsp
Curry Powder 1 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Maggi Organic Coconut Milk 1 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Method:
First slice the Kohila and add to the pot followed by sprats, onion, goraka, green and red chilli, garlic, curry leaves, rampe, salt, tumeric, curry powder and chilli powder and mix well.
Add the Maggie Organic Coconut Milk and mix again.
Close the pot with a lid and cook until done.
Finally, serve and enjoy!
