Homemade Cookies | Cooking with Aunty D

Here’s a quick treat for all your sweet tooth cravings. Take a look at Aunty D’s take on the all-time classic homemade cookies.

Time to whip this up yourselves, here’s how!

Ingredients:

Butter 200g

Powdered Sugar 150g

Vanilla 2 tsp

All-Purpose Flour 250g

Method:

Start by adding butter to a mixer and cream it up.

Next, add the powdered sugar to the butter, combine, add vanilla extract and combine again.

Continue whipping while gradually mixing in the all-purpose flour until the mixture is soft and creamy.

Next, add the mixture into a piping bag with a nozzle and pipe the batter in circular rosettes onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Finally, preheat the oven for a few minutes and bake the cookies for 8 – 10 minutes at 177 ℃ and your freshly baked homemade cookies are ready to be served!
