Home-made Chicken Sausages | Cooking With Aunty D

Ingredients:

Minced Chicken 250 g

Garlic Powder 1 tsp

Kochchi 2 nos

Olive Oil 5 tsp

Pepper 1/2 tsp

Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp

Beetroot Juice 1 tbsp

Salt 2 tsp

 

Method: 
1. Add garlic powder, kochchi, olive oil, pepper, chilli flakes, beetroot juice and salt to the minced meat.

2. Combine the ingredients together.

3. Wrap the mixture in clingfilm while twisting both ends of the wrap to secure the mixture.

4. Place the clingfilm wrapped mixture in the freezer and leave it overnight to rest.

5. Once set, remove the wrap from the mixture and let it steam for 10 to 12 minutes.

6. Finally, add some oil to a pan and fry your homemade sausages.
