Ingredients:

Ghee 1 cup

All-Purpose Flour 2 cups

Sugar 1 ¼ cups

Cardamom 3 pods

Method:

In a pan, heat up some ghee and mix in all-purpose flour. Once it’s fully mixed and forms a dough-like texture, transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool to room temperature.

Next, grind sugar and cardamoms in a blender.
Combine the ground sugar and cardamom with the flour mixture.

Spread the mixture evenly in a square tray lined with parchment paper.
Leave it to set for 30 minutes, cut it into bite-sized squares and dig in!
