Ingredients:
Potatoes 150g
Carrots 100g
Fish (Thalapath) 500g
Cabbage 50g
Water 1 1/2 cups
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 4 nos
Curry leaves/Rampe
Big Onion 1 Large
Capsicum 3 nos
Ginger + Garlic 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1/3 tsp
Curry Powder 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Cloves 2 nos
Cardamom 2 nos
Water 1 cup
Thick Maggi Coconut Milk 2 tbsp
Lime Juice to taste
Corn Flour 1/2 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
- Add potato, carrot, fish, cabbage and water to a pot. Then add turmeric powder, pepper and salt. Mix together and cover with a lid. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a separate pan and add in green chilli, curry leaves, rampe, onion, capsicum, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, curry powder, pepper, cloves, cardamom, water and the thick Maggi Coconut milk.
- Add the fish mixture to the pan. Stir well and add lime juice to taste. Add Corn Flour, water and salt. Serve while hot.
