Ingredients:

Vanilla Ice Cream 2 cups

Durian 1 cup

Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp

Chocolate Chips ¼ cup

Method:

In a sealable container, blend together vanilla ice cream and deseeded durian flesh.

Add vanilla extract and chocolate chips into the mixture and stir to combine.

Place the sealed container in the freezer until it’s ready to be served, enjoy!
