Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Dry Red Chilli 3 nos
Big Onion 1 small
Curry Leaves + Rampe
Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Maldives Fish 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Curry Powder 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp
Washed Dhal 1 cup
Green Chilli 2 nos
Thick Coconut Milk 2 cups
Method:
In a rice cooker, add oil, garlic, dry red chilli, big onion, curry leaves + rampe, mustard seeds and salt.
Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
Next, add Maldives fish, turmeric, chilli powder, curry powder, chilli flakes, washed dhal and green chilli.
Give it a good mix.
Pour in some thick coconut milk and mix once more.
Seal the lid of the cooker and let it cook for a few minutes.
Finally once cooked, remove the lid and enjoy while hot!
