Ingredients:
Water 1 litre
Maggi Broad Noodles Family Pack
Oil 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Meatballs 500g
Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Sweet Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
Capsicum 2 nos
Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp
Tomatoes 2 medium
Bombay Onion 1 large
Spring Onion
Method:
- Boil 1 L of water. Add Maggi Broad Noodles Family Pack into the water and boil well. Remove from pan once done.
- Add oil to the pan, followed by ginger, garlic, meatballs, chilli flakes, salt and stir well until meatballs are cooked.
- Add soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, capsicum, tomato sauce, tomatoes, Bombay onion and stir well.
- Finally, add the boiled Maggi Broad Noodles Family Pack and mix well and sprinkle spring onions as required.
