Devilled Meatball Noodles | Cooking with Aunty D

 

Ingredients:

Water 1 litre

Maggi Broad Noodles Family Pack

Oil 2 tbsp

Ginger 1 1/2 tsp

Garlic 1 tbsp

Meatballs 500g

Chilli Flakes 1 tbsp

Salt 1 tsp

Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

Sweet Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp

Capsicum 2 nos

Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp

Tomatoes 2 medium

Bombay Onion 1 large

Spring Onion

Method: 
  1. Boil 1 L of water. Add Maggi Broad Noodles Family Pack into the water and boil well. Remove from pan once done.
  2. Add oil to the pan, followed by ginger, garlic, meatballs, chilli flakes, salt and stir well until meatballs are cooked.
  3. Add soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, capsicum, tomato sauce, tomatoes, Bombay onion and stir well.
  4. Finally, add the boiled Maggi Broad Noodles Family Pack and mix well and sprinkle spring onions as required.
