Coconut Eggnog | Cooking with Aunty D

 

Ingredients:

Water 1 cup

Heavy Cream 1/2 cup

Eggs 2

Sera Coconut Milk 1 can

Condensed milk 1

Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp

Ground Clove 1/2 tsp

Rum 1 cup

Method:

  1. Place a bowl in a large pan of water. Add heavy cream and beaten eggs and cook for 4 minutes.
  2. Add Sera Coconut Milk, condensed milk and ground cinnamon. Whisk Thoroughly.
  3. Add ground clove and rum and whisk again.
