Ingredients:
Butter 10g
Big Onion 1 large
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Green Curry Paste 1 tbsp
Potato 1 big
Maggi Organic Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Tofu 1 pkt
Carrot
Cabbage
Green Onion
Method:
First, add butter into a pot followed by big onion, ginger, garlic, turmeric, green curry paste, potatoes and mix well.
Next, add Maggi organic coconut milk, chicken stock, sugar, salt, mix well and let the ingredients cook completely.
Remove the pot from the heat and blend the ingredients together.
Next, add tofu into a pan and let it cook well.
Finally, add some soup into a bowl and top up with the cooked tofu, carrots, cabbages and green onions.
