Try not to get addicted to this tangy and spicy Ambarella curry. But it’s just the right dish to elevate your everyday rice and curry!
Here’s how you make it!
Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Fenugreek ½ tsp
Cinnamon ½ inch
Big Onion 1 medium
Curry Leaves + Rampe
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Curry Powder 1 tsp
Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Peeled and Chopped Ambarella
Green Chilli 2 nos
Salt 1 ¼ tsp
Water
Sugar 1 ½ tsp
Method:
Keep the ambarella peeled, chopped and ready to go.
Start by heating up a clay pot with oil, fenugreek, cinnamon, big onion, curry leaves and rampe.
Next, add turmeric, curry powder and chilli powder and give it a stir.
Toss the prepped ambarella into the pot with green chilli and salt and add water to partially cover the ambarella.
Finally, add sugar and cover the pot with a lid until its fully cooked!
