Ingredients:
Oil or Ghee 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala 1/4 Tsp
Cloves and Cardamom 3 each
Cinnamon 1 inch
Bay Leaves 3 Nos
Cumin 1/2 Tsp
Onion 1 Large
Ginger and Garlic 1 Tbsp
Green Chilli 2 Nos
Potatoes 150g
Carrot 100g
Cauliflower 150g
Green Beans 100g
Peas 100g
Salt 1 Tsp
Garam Masala 1 Tsp
Coriander
Curd 1/2 Cup
Soaked rice 1 1/2 Cups
Maggie Vegetable Soup Cube
Water 1 cup
Lime Juice 1 Tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil or ghee in a skillet
- Add Garam Masala, clove+cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaves and cumin. Fry for 2 minutes and add chopped onion, ginger+garlic, green chilli. Mix well.
- Then add potato, carrot, cauliflower, green beans, peas, salt, garam masala (for the second time) coriander and curd. Mix well.
- Add soaked rice, Maggi vegetable soup cube and cover lid. Cook under low flame.
