Rava Kesari | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients: 

Ghee 2 tbsp

Cashews 1/4 cups

Raisins 1/4 cups

Seven Star Semolina 1 cup

Water 2 cups

Kesari Powder 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/3 tsp

Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp

Sugar 1 cup

Ghee 1 tsp

Method: 

Add ghee into a pan followed by cashews and raisins and fry them for a while. Remove from pan once done.

Next, add Seven Star Semolina into the same pan with ghee and stir well.

Add water after a while and mix well. Add kesari powder, salt, cardamom powder, sugar, ghee, cashews and raisins and mix well. Make sure to mix each ingredient separately after adding them into the pan.
