US and Sri Lanka sign MOU to formalize defense partnership
The United States and Sri Lanka have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formalize a defense partnership involving the Montana National Guard, U.S. Coast Guard District 13, and Sri Lankan Armed Forces under the State Partnership Program.
