Sri Lanka s workers remittances exceed USD 2.2 bln in first three months of 2026

Central Bank of Sri Lanka reports Sri Lanka’s workers’ remittances topped $2.2 billion in the first quarter of 2026, bolstered by $814.8 million received in March alone.
