Four including alleged fake sureties in Kapila Chandrasena case granted bail

The Colombo Magistrate’s Court granted bail to four suspects linked to Kapila Chandrasena’s case: two accused for acting as fraudulent sureties to secure bail for Chandrasena, who died under suspicious circumstances, and two others alleged to have aided and abetted the offense.
