The U.S. Customs and Border Protection said it will halt collection of tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act at 12:01 a.m. EST on Tuesday, more than three days after Supreme Court declared the duties illegal. The decision follows Court’s declaration that the tariffs were unlawful.
