The United States and Sri Lanka have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formalize a defense partnership involving the Montana National Guard, U.S. Coast Guard District 13, and Sri Lankan Armed Forces under the State Partnership Program. The signing took place at Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Defense.
