The Bar Association of Sri Lanka (BASL) condemned Kaduwela Mayor Ranjan Jayalal Perera’s treatment of an Attorney-at-Law during an inquiry for an Animal Welfare Association. BASL expressed deep concern over the obstruction faced by the lawyer in fulfilling their professional duties.
