Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has written to External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, urging use of diplomatic channels to prevent Sri Lankan Navy arrests of Tamil Nadu fishermen and secure the immediate release of all detained fishermen and their boats.
