The Taliban has issued a three-month deadline for Afghan traders to decrease their dependency on Pakistan for goods transit, urging them to find alternative routes, according to Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs of Afghanistan.
