Authorities, including the Sri Lanka Navy and Kayts Police, seized about 368 kilograms of foreign-origin cannabis at Suruvil Beach, Kayts Island in Jaffna. The shipment, valued at over Rs 73 million, led to a suspect’s arrest in a joint operation.
