Sri Lanka has signed agreements with the Asian Development Bank for a USD 100 million loan and a USD 3 million grant to support the implementation of its Power Sector Reforms and Financial Sustainability Program (Subprogram 2). The discussions aimed at mobilizing these funds recently concluded.
