Sameera Dhanushka De Silva from the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) has been appointed as a member of the Weligama Pradeshiya Sabha, representing Ward No. 07, Midigama West, following the death of the previous chairman, as announced in an Extraordinary Gazette notification.
