A Level 3 (Red) landslide evacuation warning has been issued by the Disaster Management Center (DMC) for areas in Kandy, Kegalle, Kurunegala, and Matale districts. District Secretaries are instructed to evacuate residents from landslide-prone regions to designated safe centers.
