A 46-year-old man, alias Bogahagedara Kolla, was arrested by the Walana Anti-Vice Squad in Gonapola for allegedly hoarding 6,600 litres of diesel stored in two bowser compartments, plus 152 litres of diesel and 120 litres of petrol at his home, police said.
