The IMF’s Executive Board has approved a disbursement of SDR150.5 million (approximately US$206 million) for Sri Lanka through the Rapid Financing Instrument, representing 26% of Sri Lanka’s quota. This emergency financial support aims to assist the country during its current economic challenges.
